evals: supplementary re-grades under current graders - #58

Classify all 12 product-journey graders: 3 transcript+fixture re-gradeable (pj-s-question, pj-s-plan, pj-c-review), 9 tree-dependent (out of scope without preserved trees). Re-grade all 29 retained records of the re-gradeable scenarios with the out-of-tree graders at main 7ec4982 and record verdicts as artifacts/regrade-current-graders.json supplements; result.json and preserve/ untouched. Tally and honest read in evals/product-journeys/REGRADES_2026-10-04.md.

Classifies all 12 product-journey graders (3 transcript+fixture re-gradeable: pj-s-question, pj-s-plan, pj-c-review; 9 tree-dependent, out of scope without preserved trees), re-grades all 29 retained records of the re-gradeable scenarios with the out-of-tree graders at main 7ec4982, and records each verdict as an artifacts/regrade-current-graders.json supplement (listed, never replacing; result.json and preserve/ untouched).
Tally: 7 regrade passes / 22 fails. No original pass fails on substance; the 6 pass-to-fail flips are solely the publication check, which is not re-verifiable for old records (the adapter {prOpened, pushed} evidence was not preserved — old-shape evidence verified prOpened only, so nothing was fabricated and the grader reports its own not-wired reason). One original fail now passes (eval-20260924-13, matching the earlier table-citations supplement); the six 2026-09-24 unknown records get real transcript verdicts for the first time. Full per-record table and honest read in evals/product-journeys/REGRADES_2026-10-04.md.
Sanity: node scripts/eval-report.mjs exits 0 and lists every supplement; node scripts/eval-journeys.mjs --manifest green; pnpm run lint clean. No production code changes; docs + regrade JSONs only. Not to be merged by the agent.
