Summary
NASA Glenn website was migrated to nasa.gov which does not use the Design System. However, certain sections that used complex Javascript were left for the forseeable future. This changes the link from the NASA Glenn homepage to the Beginner's Guide which is still using the design system.
Technically, the picture on the home page could be changed to this:
But I didn't not include this change in this PR.
