Summary
Removed the inaccurate implementation guidelines for Process List. This guidance copy and pasted from Step Indicator and never updated to be relevant to the Process List component has been removed.

Problem statement
A user should be provided accurate documentation related to the component.
When the Process List component was added years ago, the "Using the process list component" section was copy and pasted from the Step Indicator component page.
The information is not applicable to the Process List component.
User are mislead at worst, and confused at best as a consequence of this inaccurate documentation.
Solution
The current solution in this PR is to simply remove the implementation guidance. It's a fairly straightforward component and there are several components which implementation guidance isn't provided for.
If you would prefer to replace the content rather than remove it, please provide the updated content and I'll update my PR.
