Summary

Added Backend/frontend port configuration docs clarification from operator-approved evidence.

Safety

Autopilot is restricted to docs-only paths (README.md, docs/, ops/). No merge, reviewer request, comments, claims, or payment actions are performed.

No code behavior changes. Documentation-only update.

Closing as invalid for this issue. This adds a proposal/TODO note to README instead of fixing the backend/frontend port mismatch. Please submit an actual docs change that updates the root and frontend README port guidance directly.
