-ntpto the Maven invocations in the validation workflow so the build andtest logs are not bloated by artifact download progress lines.
The spotless steps in
validation.ymlandformat-apply.ymlalready pass--no-transfer-progress, so they are left unchanged.update-since-tags.ymldoes not invoke Maven directly.
