Slider and Range Slider support the `helper-above-field` theme variant, which wasn't documented. Adds a style variants table and a styling example for all three frameworks. `SliderVariant` is new in Vaadin 25.4, so the Flow example doesn't compile until pom.xml moves off 25.3.0-rc1.
