This commit adds a new type of messages that are obtained from a subscription to 'iced'.
This commit adds logic for iced::keyboard::Key conversion into the index of keys the CPU instance designed to understand and connects GUI to the CPU instance.

What has been done
This PR adds iced-backed keyboard handling to the application and connects the callbacks with the CPU instance.
