Fix Maps window launch and add media favorite control

Summary

• Fix Google Maps ActivityView/window launch so Maps is not started from offscreen or small launch bounds that can trigger compact/minimal UI.
• Defer Google Maps launch until real window bounds are available and skip Maps prewarm.
• Add music widget favorite/like button for Spotify and Apple Music via MediaSession custom actions/rating fallback.
• Show favorite icon as outline when not liked/unknown and filled when favorite status is exposed.
• Add favorite controls to main music widget, bottom music bar layouts, and DateMusicWidget.
