ML_IBM_FinalProject

Built a machine learning classifier to predict next-day rainfall using historical weather data. Applied preprocessing, feature selection, and trained Logistic Regression and Random Forest models. Evaluated performance using accuracy and recall to compare predictive effectiveness.
