Update to Zig 0.14.0

I made the minimum changes to get it to compile with Zig 0.14.0-dev.1911+3bf89f55c.

zig build test runs and all test passed.

Now that Zig 0.14.0 is out, I made another little change so that it compiles again.

Before merging, you will want to update the fingerprint in build.zig.zon for reasons outlined here.
