VeloxDB is unable to establish a connection to a Neon Serverless PostgreSQL database.
The same Neon database connection works with standard PostgreSQL clients, but the connection fails when configured through VeloxDB.

Steps to reproduce
Create a PostgreSQL database on Neon.
Copy the connection string from the Neon dashboard.
Configure VeloxDB to use the Neon connection string.
Start VeloxDB.
Attempt to connect to the database.
Expected behavior
VeloxDB should successfully connect to the Neon PostgreSQL database using the provided connection string.
Actual behavior
The connection fails and VeloxDB is unable to establish a connection with the Neon database.

Neon connection strings use standard PostgreSQL URLs and require TLS, for example:
postgresql://user:password@ep-xxxxx.region.aws.neon.tech/dbname?sslmode=require&channel_binding=require
Neon also provides pooled connection strings for applications that create many concurrent connections.
