Add the standard category role block after the core invariant, and name that invariant for what it is: a non-collapse rule of Open Institutional Computation. Storage, copying, summarization, replay and transmission are not sources of truth, authority, scope, currentness or admissibility. RAED preserves the distinction. It does not establish institutional authority, interpret governing sources, or perform institutional admission. Documentation only, additive. No Go code, schema, benchmark, claim or conformance statement changed.
