An Evidence Pack is a structured artifact emitted for each action decision.
Minimum Components:
- Authority Reference
- Policy Reference
- Action Proposal Metadata
- Decision Classification
- Execution Outcome
- Supervisory Record (if applicable)
- Provenance Metadata
Evidence Packs MUST be deterministic and replayable.
Schema definition is normative in the veip-spec repository.
