Generalize the mechanism used currently for ContentOuput for MessageBundle as well. This gives it an approximately principled way for it to be fed into the outbound ai-sdk ui streaming (SpecialToolResults are allowed to stay as pydantic models) and a *more* principled hook for the ui protocol to preserve the shape.
