- Submit active-turn steering with Enter and treat Ctrl+Enter as the same action. - Hide internal queue state while steering waits on a tool, and show Escape as the immediate action. - Interrupt active work and start pending steering without opening queue review. - Continue terminal responses with the latest steering before finalizing the turn.
