Update the catalog compatibility version to 0.153.0. The previous version omits newer models even when the signed-in account has access to them.
Discover stable Codex and Grok releases through bounded metadata requests and keep a local cache for temporary lookup failures. Refresh subscription catalogs on use after one minute, including ACP model option updates.
