feat: return durable sandbox values

Summary

• replace backend lifecycle definitions with sandbox definitions that return durable Sandbox values directly
• add provider-owned adapters and build-prewarmed templates for Vercel, Docker, microsandbox, just-bash, and the default provider
• persist and restore provider references across sessions and explicitly share parent or root sandboxes with subagents
• migrate docs, fixtures, compatibility contracts, and tests to the new API
