feat(eve): add guided Linear Agent setup

• add a guided eve add channel/linear-agent flow that provisions a Linear Vercel Connect app and routes Agent Session events to eve
• scaffold the Connect-backed Linear channel and guide deployment, workspace installation, and delegation
• update the registry, docs, gallery copy, tests, and changeset

Follow-up: handle existing Linear connector names explicitly. The setup now tells users how to remove the old connector before retrying, so it can be recreated with AgentSessionEvent triggers.

Validated with focused Linear setup tests and pnpm --filter eve build.

Follow-up: Linear setup now asks for an agent name (pre-filled from the project name), looks up a same-name connector, and offers Reuse existing connector, Create a new connector (with a user-selected name), or Exit setup.

The existing connector can be reused and reattached to this project; newly created connectors receive the AgentSessionEvent trigger flag.

The channel/discord registry item's meta.eve.requires is ">=0.30.0", higher than the eve 0.29.4 release that actually ships the Discord setup flow, so eve add channel/discord is blocked in its own release.
