Added FuboTV geolocation checking to ipregion.sh in the "Popular services" section. Implemented lookup_fubo_tv to query https://api.fubo.tv/v3/location, checking network_allowed for availability. Integrated into CUSTOM_SERVICES and CUSTOM_SERVICES_HANDLERS
