Enhanced the SafetyAnalyzer in src/executor/safety.rs to detect more destructive patterns.
Previously, redirects to system binaries and piping to interpreters were not flagged as destructive.
Also added detection for crontab -r.
This prevents accidental system damage or execution of malicious code from the AI output.

- Redirects to system directories (/bin, /sbin, /usr/bin, /usr/sbin, /lib, /lib64)
- Piping to interpreters (python, perl, ruby, node, php)
- Crontab removal (crontab -r)

Added test_enhanced_safety_checks to verify these patterns.
