Enhanced the
SafetyAnalyzerinsrc/executor/safety.rsto detect more destructive patterns.Previously, redirects to system binaries and piping to interpreters were not flagged as destructive.
Also added detection for
crontab -r.This prevents accidental system damage or execution of malicious code from the AI output.
