A tool suite for genome assembly evaluation and manipulation.
To install run git clone https://github.com/vgl-hub/gfastar.git --recursive and make -j in gfastar folder.
Gfastar is a wrapper for several tools in the suite. It can be run as:
gfastar [options] [tool] [arguments]
To check out all tool and options available use gfastar -h.
