dissemination -> publication
Alignment + I feel that dissemination is not really the right fit:
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/dissemination
the act of spreading news, information, ideas, etc. to a lot of people
We are not really spreading it, just providing access to, but maybe publication is also not the right definition then? 🤷

I agree, publication is better. In the rights datamodel we actually used 'make available'
