Problem
packages/ui/src/components/frame.tsx and packages/ui/src/components/kbd.tsx are project-authored components with data-slot conventions, not coss registry output. They live alongside files that are overwritten on shadcn add @coss/ui --overwrite.
ADR 0001 documents intentional local exceptions only for carousel and splitter.
Why it matters
These are easy to mistake for vendored code during a registry refresh and won't appear in the coss diff review workflow.
Suggested fix
Move to packages/ui/src/ai-elements/ (or a documented local/ tree excluded from --overwrite). Update ADR 0001 to list them alongside carousel and splitter if they must stay in components/.
