The
/tocconcept nodes now carry each concept'sresource(original page URL), so a GUI reader can map an in-bundle link to the concept it points at and navigate in-app rather than bouncing to the browser. Backward-compatible (adds a field). Test asserts the resource is present. Ships as 0.3.1.
