Tweets containing &, <, >, ", and &viperrcrypto#39; were displayed with raw HTML entities instead of their decoded characters. This wraps all text extraction paths in tweetFullText() with a decoder. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

There's literally nothing special here, it's just that pull request #35 didn't include the package.json changes to add the OpenAI library so this wasn't working.
