• Incorrect API authentication guidance that could mislead someone into exposing credentials or using insecure patterns
• Hardcoded example tokens or credentials committed to the repository
• Guidance that understates security risk for a sensitive configuration (e.g., overly broad token scopes, insecure auth flows)
