feat: add advanced case search with filters and smart suggestions

Description

Implemented advanced case search functionality with smart filtering and suggestions.

Changes Made:

• Added search by Case ID, title, description, case type, and petitioner
• Added filters for case status, type, and filing date
• Added recent search history with clickable suggestions
• Added clear filter functionality
• Enhanced CaseCard with additional case details
• Improved overall case search experience
