   My formats include DICOMDIR, AVI, DMP, JPEG, PPT, TIFF.

   If you are using DICOM check https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix

   For other formats, I am not completely sure but the mrtrix suite has tools to handle many different formats: https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3

   I opened #10 to document the NIfTI conversion path in the README. It recommends dcm2niix for DICOM series, points to MRtrix3/FSL/ANTs/FreeSurfer-style tools for other neuroimaging formats, and clarifies that AVI/JPEG/PPT/TIFF are not direct substitutes for a 3D T1 MRI volume.
