Summary
Release finalization for v1.12.0 per RELEASING.md's post-merge branch: PR #17 (the sdp-expectation-notifications notification-hygiene revision) merged with its entry under [Unreleased] and the markers unbumped, so this dedicated PR finalizes the changelog ([1.12.0] - 2026-07-18 with a fresh [Unreleased] above), bumps both version markers (pyproject.toml and the generated bundle's _template_version), and updates the roadmap's asset line. Tag and GitHub release follow after merge.
