Move 'input_files' to an FTP server #30

If the input_files become too big to be stored on GoogleDrive, we could move them to a secure fpt, e.g.
sftp anonymous@orion.astro.ulg.ac.be

HEEPS_input_files.zip current size is 26.2 MB
