I've reviewed the contents of the page, and have noted the following things:

1. Unlike other doc pages I'm familiar with, the lists on this one start with a lowercase letter, and are not ended with a punctuation mark.
2. Global Earning Limits + Spending Limits - It might be worth to mention Limit Type as well.
3. Earning Rule - Trigger - 'Examples include...' 2 are listed (order paid and custom event), but there are 3 option options overall. Might as well list all 3 of them ('segment entered' missing).
4. Earning Rule - 'Effect' and 'Earning' talk about the same result, but Earnings describes all 3 options, while Effect only one.
5. Trigger Limits - Cooldown could be mentioned.
6. Tier Structure - 'Reward' is described more extensively than 'Benefit', despite being being similar. Benefit right now is a little too abstract, and could use examples.
7. How it works - 'The loyalty member can use points to redeem rewards, qualify for tiers, or receive benefits.'
   This sentence has clunky wording, suggesting that qualifying for tiers, or receiving benefits, require the customer to actively use points in some way.
