I updated mango to support Django 1.4. I have not tested or tried to retain backward compatibility with Django 1.3. I have not tested the permissions code, since I do not use it, and have the impression it was never fully implemented anyway. But here it is anyway, if you want to use it to incorporate Django 1.4 support into your repository.
