Closes #37. Collages would only animate on page refreshes and on time period switches. Now, the collages reblooms on every actual layout change (but not when the layout doesn't change). So, if specie detection counts mean species need to change size, it'll animate. If the counts change but nothing needs to change size, no animation happens.
