Description of Problem
The style guide has been left in a stale state for some time. While there are new improvements and rules being written, the current style guide still has sound principles that are worth considering for any Vue codebase. This PR aims to fix glaring issues and errors so the banner can be removed and future changes are easier to consider without a massive overhaul of the entire document.
Proposed Solution
This PR aims to mitigate any glaring errors or mistakes in the style guide, while not modernizing too many rules since those can come in separate PRs which will then be easier to review.
