In #114 (comment) it was confirmed that
typeandredirectCountis "set as part of the navigation, here, and not for a browsing context."However the navigation timing spec still references "browsing context" which is why Firefox differs in it's handling of these to other browsers.
This PR removes "in the current browsing context" and brings the spec inline with HTML spec as agreed in #114 (comment)
