Adds support for closed DoT. This just works if starting age is specified in the settings. If there is closed DoT and the starting age is random, a new button at the bottom of the tracker allows the user to pick the starting age. No checks are shown as available initially, and updates when the user selects a starting age.
Version also bumped up to 0.7.3.
