For those who would like to be able to choose which permissions are allowed per role, per server, give organization owners the option to set specific permissions to each. Even though each role has set permissions by default, offering this would allow owners to be cautious while perhaps creating their own roles in the future.
Someone like myself likes to be careful of how much power I give someone especially if they are a trial staff member or community leader.
