Missing CI Tracking

We are still missing some checks in the CI.

• Check if packages can be published (--dry-run).
• Check minimal dependency versions.
• Check MSRV.
• Check resolver versions compatibility.
• Automated publishing, including GH release creation.
• Check UNIX file permissions.
• Prettier needs to be more verbose, e.g. show the diff.
