This implements a DOM-like event system so that we'd still can use jQuery on the install object. This need to be verified though.

I am hoping to clean up some things for an fx app hack day coming this Saturday, and I want to address this before then. For the removal of a dependency of requirejs, I'm more likely to favor a UMD variant, something like: https://github.com/umdjs/umd/blob/master/amdWeb.js but I will be spending more time on this later in the week. |

this builds on my other pull request.
this remove the dependency to RequireJS, but this is still compatible.
Now we have a library that doesn't need a lot of bug dependencies !
I tried this on http://everlong.org/mozilla/selfupdatinghostedinstall/ on a FirefoxOS device and it works for me.
