I don't know if you are still working on this repository but I needed to perform an inverse FFT over the Bn254 BaseField for another project and so adapted/added to your existing code to do so.
I added some benchmarks for the interpolation and also parameters to use ECFFT over the Bn254 ScalarField (mostly for testing because I couldn't multiply polynomials for non FFT-friendly fields).
I tried to change as little of the starting code as possible but I had to fiddle with some of the structs to add in some pre-computations.
