List/tag to bundle related events

Allow a user (or group of user) to have a list of events.

The use-cases are

• "blockchain week"
• One event with multiple tickets tier

Open questions

• Should the list be onchain (aka smart contract) or just backend db? probably the latter is easier to try out and could move to onchain later on.
