改进部分： 1. 表单中input-label使用不太好，酌情进行了修改 2. 身份证号和手机号 输入时没有限制；而且输入错误失焦后的提示是alert形式，应该改成在输入框后面提醒。 3. 智能缺省 给一些选项默认设置为选中 4.语义化标签问题 可能是考虑到兼容问题
