Adds data_prep/process_ofo_field.py to build a new TreePoints source from David Young's concatenated 330 plot-drone-pair geopackage of OFO field-surveyed stem maps. Handles per-tree mission_id pairings against missions_03 photogrammetry products on the public Jetstream2 ofo-public bucket, routes withhold_from_training trees to the test split, and filters to predicted_overstory trees by default.
