…bose ppDate's BookingDate/ValueDate branches (savings-plan rows use them) had no test — only TradeDate was ever exercised. -help was missing -verbose, which main.go has had since it was added.

ppDate's BookingDate/ValueDate fallback branches were untested (only TradeDate ever appeared in export test fixtures) — added direct coverage.-helpwas missing-verbose, which main.go has had for a while; README already documented it correctly.
