Pourquoi pas un warning si on quitte ce mode (ou si on ferme l'appli) sans avoir enregistré ?

Current behaviour

The editor has no dirty-state tracking and no confirmation. Navigating back to the recipe view, switching screens, or closing the window after editing but before "Save" silently discards the draft (confirmed: no beforeunload / dirty / nav-block logic in the editor or App).

Requested behaviour

• Track whether the draft differs from the saved recipe.
• On leave/close with a dirty draft, confirm ("Discard unsaved changes?") — both for in-app navigation and, in the Tauri shell, the window-close path.
• Closely related to Recipe editor: show OG/FG/IBU/SRM live (or merge edit and view into one screen) #6 / the inline-editor direction; if editing becomes inline + autosave, this is moot, so coordinate the two.
