Pourquoi ne pas rendre la page de la recette directement éditable ?

Context

#6 offered two paths — "show OG/FG/IBU/SRM live or merge edit and view into one screen". v0.4.0 shipped the first (the live targets banner), and the app keeps a separate read-only RecipeScreen and a distinct RecipeEditor:

• apps/desktop/src/App.tsx:41-112 — {view:"recipe"} vs {view:"edit_recipe"} routes.

Arwen is asking for the second path: edit in place on the recipe page, no mode switch. Filing as its own issue since #6 is resolved.

Considerations

• The read view and editor already share the metrics/style-fit components (Tile, styleFit.ts), so the two are closer than the route split suggests.
• Inline editing changes the save model — likely autosave or an explicit save bar; interacts with the unsaved-changes guard (companion issue).
• Bigger UX call; flagging the user demand, not prescribing the design.
