Problem
Yeast nutrients such as DAP / Fermaid K are being placed in the hot boil by default, but they're dosed at (or just before) pitching — or staged during fermentation — not boiled. Adding them hot is incorrect practice.
Requested behaviour
- The catalog default
use/timing for yeast-nutrient miscs should beadd_to_fermentation(at pitch), notadd_to_boil. - Optionally warn when a nutrient is scheduled in the boil.

Fixed in #54 (merged): DAP / Fermaid-K now default to add-at-pitching (fermentation) instead of the boil. Servomyces deliberately kept as a boil addition per the maker's instructions.
