How to Run Food Recognition Project

1. Make sure you have an NVidia graphics card which supports CUDA
2. Install the CUDA drivers
3. Fix requirements.txt to add missing dependencies
4. pip install -e .
5. Re-install pytorch using instructions from their website
6. Run flask run --no-reload to prevent app from restarting while running detection
