Windows 11 fix please?

There is no chrome folder on my pc, so I created one, and proceeded to restart firefox after I followed the instructions, but the skin didn't take. Any idea why this is?

In FireFox go to about:config and then search for toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets and set it to true. A lot of the menus are broken when you actually click on them (using FF 109) but the overall look is right and web pages work.
