Same config as winebarrel/Neco. The Dependency Dashboard issue is not worth it for a repo whose only managed dependency is the GitHub Actions in ci.yml, and vulnerability alerts are opt-in. Supersedes the onboarding PR (#1), which Renovate closes once a config lands on the default branch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
